Impact Hub Kathmandu provides a vibrant, inclusive community of creative and curious problem solvers and bold innovators. For seven years now, IH KTM has been hosting entrepreneurs, researchers, freelancers, innovators, and everybody in need of a not-so-typical space. We offer easy and affordable coworking facilities that include hot desks or private office spaces to accommodate 30 users. We offer desks in shared coworking areas, high-speed internet with backup power, a communal kitchen where users can brew their own coffee and tea, and green spaces with the option to chill in-house trampoline and a cafe.
Malekhu – Ground Floor
A 13.25m² single-container space, known as the largest in our facility. It houses YAK BOX, our popular spot for food and beverages.

A furnished coworking space measuring 11.25m², with a capacity to accommodate up to five people.

The largest space at Impact Hub Kathmandu, spanning 36.33m² with a capacity to accommodate 10–12 people.

Kali Gandaki – IHK Attic
A 28.91m² room is the second-largest space at Impact Hub Kathmandu. Equipped with power sockets, it can accommodate 8–10 people.

SUNKOSHI - Training Hall (East Side Container)
Impact Hub Kathmandu offers a spacious training hall ideal for training sessions, workshops, and meetings, with a capacity of up to 30 people.

Training Hall Includes:
- 50” TV screen with HDMI connection
- Whiteboards
- 3 tables and 14 chairs (up to 30 chairs available without tables)
- High-speed WiFi
- 24-hour drinking water facility
Rental Conditions and Prices:
Per hour: NPR 1000/- (inclusive of VAT)
Room availability:
10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (by request)
The rental period includes preparation and clearing time by the customer.

Marsyangdi - Hot Desking
Impact Hub Kathmandu provides Hot desking as a service and facility that allows employees or clients to use a shared, non-permanent desk or workstation in a professional environment as a flexible workplace solution. With evolving needs of work models, IHK is also promoting such hybrid approach to promote collaboration, optimize office space, and create a resilient community space.
Hot desking services includes:
- Access to well-equipped workstations with furniture, high-speed internet, and essential office tools.
- A booking system to reserve desks in advance.
- Additional amenities can be rented out- training hall, meeting rooms, courtyard, and free parking space.
With such facilities, IHK also aims to foster a dynamic, adaptable, and efficient work culture.
