Meet one of our amazing coworkers: Titanium Technologies!

Titanium Technologies Pvt. Ltd is an IT company that specializes in Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) services and has been a co-working space at Impact Hub Kathmandu since 2021. The company provides a variety of tech services to many corporate houses, including banks and financial institutions of Nepal, and offers IT solutions for both domestic and international clients. Besides being a hub member at our space, Titanium Technologies is also our in-house technical website manager for Impact Hub Kathmandu! A perfect example of how we connect, co-work, and collaborate at Impact Hub Community!

Koshish Budhathoki, Co-founder/CEO of Titanium Technology shares his journey of becoming an entrepreneur from a professional banker and his experience of being with Impact Hub Coworking Community!

Can you share briefly about your company Titanium Technologies?

At Titanium Technologies, we offer different tech/KPO services and develop customized apps for clients. The company envisions providing complete solutions for all the knowledge process outsourcing-related activities through automation and technology. Besides IT solutions, we also provide business support services to various BFIs and corporate entities. Some of the flagship apps of the company are ‘What to do” which is a lifestyle recommendation app, and “Dr. app” which is a medical intermediary app facilitating searching, locating & booking appointments with doctors. Another commercial app, a retail app is also in the pipeline.

What inspired you to switch your career path from being a professional banker to an entrepreneur?

I always had this realization that given my innate nature I should always do something on my own. I really feel entrepreneurship is all about grit & character more than anything else. For me, business acumen, business knowledge, network circle, capital fund, sales & marketing all come afterward in an entrepreneurship journey. I really wanted to test my character by switching from a banking career to entrepreneurship. I was inspired to switch careers so that I am more aligned with my inner purpose and belief and I am really happy about the change.

Can you share your experience of coworking at Impact Hub Kathmandu?

Impact Hub, Kathmandu is a nice place to work from. We have been here for the last 8 months. I have managed to build my own network and make new friends from working as a co-worker and community member at IHK. The place is very lively, especially after the lockdown, the place has really made an impact on me. The community has helped me grow my network, form new connections, and solicit business. I am thankful to the entire IHK team for their openness and support to help new businesses like us grow.

What’s next for Titanium Technologies?

We’re focusing more on knowledge process outsourcing generally for banks and financial institutions and to infiltrate the back-office processes, notably lending and business support functions by providing tech-knowledge embedded solutions. We’re also trying to explore different avenues, especially in the KPO sector with the help of IT and automation with various tech-related projects in the pipeline.
