Meet the newest additions to our Impact Hub Kathmandu team: Brijesh, Sajana, Sanjeev, Suchitra, Sajina, Riddi and Palistha!

Seven new members recently joined our team in the FABLAB and Impact Hub Kathmandu! We are delighted to introduce you to all of them to share about their passion, goals, and roles at the hub!

Brijesh Bhattarai

Brijesh Bhattarai

Brijesh Bhattarai is a financial professional currently working as a Financial Analyst at Impact Hub Kathmandu. He has strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, projection, and reporting, with specialized skills in Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis, Relative valuation, and scenario-based financial modeling. He possesses different skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI for data-driven financial insights. Previously, he worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Hathway Investment Nepal for one year, where he honed his skills in market research, valuation, and investment analysis. Academically, Brijesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Economics. At Impact Hub Kathmandu, Brijesh has been actively engaged in diverse projects, providing tailored financial analysis and strategic support to entrepreneurs. Over the past 8 months, he has prepared financial projections for over 40 entrepreneurs, delivered financial coaching sessions and masterclasses to strengthen entrepreneurial financial literacy.

I look forward to applying my expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and data-driven analysis to support entrepreneurs in building sustainable and impactful businesses. I am eager to contribute to projects that combine finance, entrepreneurship, and sustainability, while learning from diverse perspectives and innovative approaches. I believe Impact Hub Kathmandu provides the ideal platform for me to sharpen my skills, collaborate on meaningful initiatives, and drive long-term financial and social impact.

Sajana Karki

Sajana KarkiSajana Karki, a seasoned finance professional from Lalitpur, brings over a decade of expertise in financial analysis, risk assessment, and strategic planning. Her diverse experience spans non-profits, financial institutions, and banking, where she has consistently ensured regulatory compliance while strengthening stakeholder trust. With strong skills in financial modelling, systems management, reporting, and tax compliance, she is known for her analytical precision and strategic vision. She holds a Master’s in Finance from Purbanchal University and a Bachelor’s in Business Studies from Tribhuvan University, solidifying her foundation in advanced financial management.

Sanjeev Lamichhane

Sanjeev LamichanneSanjeev Lamichhane is a mechanical engineer who enjoys taking raw ideas and shaping them into clear, testable concepts. He moves quickly from sketch to CAD to prototype. He is into  design, innovation and automation while keeping an eye on the bigger picture: the problem, the people, and the context. He blends engineering with product sense and design thinking, turning fuzzy briefs into simple mechanisms, crisp drawings, and hands-on demos. Collaboration is central to his process, and he values the kind of conversations that sharpen understanding and spark creative leaps.

“I’m drawn to ideas that matter to people. Give me a challenge and I’ll explore, model, and build until the concept feels simple, useful, and a little surprising. Curiosity, good questions, and thoughtful collaboration guide my work on the page, at the bench, and in the way I keep learning from every iteration.”

Suchitra Adhikary

Suchitra AdhikarySuchitra Adhikary is a Programs Assistant at BEAM, where she brings her entrepreneurial spirit into the heart of program design and delivery. A graduate in Business Management with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from Kathmandu Model College, she thrives at the intersection of creativity and impact. Her work involves supporting innovative programs, strengthening operations, and helping ideas turn into action through workshops, outreach, and capacity-building initiatives. Deeply inspired by the possibilities of entrepreneurship, she is passionate about building spaces where people and ideas can grow together. Beyond her professional journey, Suchitra finds joy in writing and weaving reflections that capture her thoughts and imagination.

Working with BEAM Entrepreneurs has been one of the most transformative experiences of my professional journey. Being closely involved with women entrepreneurs with disabilities has allowed me to witness determination in action. Each interaction whether through workshops, mentoring sessions, or informal conversations, has deepened my understanding of the entrepreneurial spirit and the power of community. I have learned to listen more deeply, to recognize the unique strengths each entrepreneur brings, and to appreciate the courage it takes to dream against the odds. On a personal level, working at BEAM has nurtured my empathy and adaptability. Most importantly, it has reinforced my own passion for entrepreneurship, not only as a career path but as a way to drive meaningful change in society.”

Sajina Bhandari 

Sajina BhandariSajina, an Environmental Engineering graduate from Kathmandu University brings experience in waste management, circular economy, and environmental assessments. A native of Pokhara, she has worked with organizations like ENPHO, CESOS, and Kathmandu University, contributing to waste segregation initiatives, community engagement, and applied environmental research. She recently joined Impact Hub Kathmandu as a Programs Officer for the Green Job Creation Through Recycling and Upcycling (GCRU) Project. Over the past two months, Sajina has been supporting enterprise development through localized waste ecosystem insights, technical coordination, and programmatic support ranging from participant engagement and field logistics to training facilitation and stakeholder collaboration. 

“Working with recycling and upcycling entrepreneurs in the GCRU Project has been a significant step forward in my career. Being a part of the process from sourcing and selection to facilitating incubation sessions has given me first hand experience in turning waste into value. Witnessing the creativity, dedication and shared mission of the incubatees has been truly inspiring, and it has broadened my perspective on waste management while strengthening my understanding of the entrepreneurial mindset. Personally, this journey has left me motivated, curious, and deeply passionate about sustainability and the circular economy, reminding me of the impact that thoughtful ideas and collaboration can create.”

Riddi Paudel

Riddi Paudel is currently working as a Finance Intern, where she contributes by managing Tally Entries, maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, processing invoices, receipts and payments as well as organizing financial files and providing administrative support to the finance manager and team. She is also pursuing MBA in Finance from Pokhara University with Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from Tribhuvan University and has developed strong skills in accounting, MS Office applications and problem solving. As a fresher, she is eager to gain hands-on experience, enhance her professional knowledge and contribute meaningfully to the organization. Beyond her academic and professional journey, she enjoys cooking, painting and dancing which reflect her creative side.

Palistha Manandhar
Palistha Manandhar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Kathmandu University and Master’s in Business Administration from King’s College. She has previously contributed to projects focused on solid waste management, circular economy, environmental sustainability, and green job creation. Currently, she serves as a Program Officer, where she will be supporting program development and implementation, strengthening technical and business aspects, managing operations and outreach, and facilitating workshops and capacity-building activities. Outside of work, she enjoys painting and sketching.

I look forward to applying my experiences across diverse projects while learning from a multidisciplinary team. I am eager to contribute to innovative solutions, engage with communities, and explore practical ways of linking environmental sustainability with entrepreneurship and impact. I believe IHK offers the ideal platform to further strengthen my skills, collaborate on meaningful programs, and drive long-term change.
