What does the program offer?
The program offers a blend of masterclasses, mentorship, and hands-on support designed to strengthen key areas of participants’ businesses, including value proposition, financial planning, customer understanding, and long-term sustainability. The monthly masterclasses are structured to build practical knowledge step by step, beginning with Orientation and Financial Literacy, followed by the Impact Business Model Canvas, and then Strategic Road mapping. Alongside these sessions, startups receive one-on-one and group coaching, as well as access to a wider network of mentors, industry experts, and peers, creating valuable opportunities for learning, collaboration, and increased exposure. This integrated approach ensures that participants not only develop strong business foundations but also gain the confidence and networks needed to apply their learning in real-world contexts.
Focus on Innovation
The incubation prioritizes businesses working on practical solutions, particularly those linked to sustainability, local production, and community-focused innovation. It also encourages participation from women, youth, and underrepresented groups, aiming to make the entrepreneurial ecosystem more inclusive.
Looking Ahead
By the end of the program, participating startups are expected to have clearer business direction, stronger foundations, and improved readiness for growth. More broadly, the initiative contributes to building a more resilient and diverse startup ecosystem in Nepal, one that is grounded in both innovation and real world impact.
