Meet the newest additions to our Impact Hub Kathmandu team: Sajal and Nischal!
Sajal and Nischal recently joined our team as Interns in the FABLAB and Impact Hub Kathmandu! We are delighted to introduce you to Sajal and Nischal to share about their passion, goals, and roles at the hub!
Sajal who recently joined us as an intern for FABLAB Nepal as his academic background is mechanical engineering student at Kathmandu University School of Engineering, originally from Dharan, Sunsari. Since he was in school, he have been really interested machines and technology work. His fascination with witnessing the manufacturing process sparked his interest in the field of engineering. He have a keen enthusiasm for learning about machine and technology design. In his leisure time, he indulge in reading manga, watching anime, and playing video games.
As a technical intern at Impact Hub Kathmandu, FabLab Nepal, his primary focus is on 3D design and digital manufacturing. He is eager to delve into the design-related processes involved in manufacturing various products. At FabLab Nepal, he has gained invaluable technical experience from supportive experts who were always available to address his queries. The collaborative environment at FabLab Nepal fosters an ideal setting for exploration and personal growth. He is excited to continue his learning journey alongside the talented team, contributing to impactful projects, and driving innovation through creative design and digital fabrication.
“I want to become a full-fledged mechanical engineer by actively seeking internships to acquire practical experience, while consistently refining my problem-solving, design, and innovation skills. My goal is to make significant contributions to the engineering field through continuous learning and application”.
Nischal is an undergraduate student doing his Bachelor’s in Business Administration at Kathmandu College of Management. He has joined as the Programs and Research Intern here at Impact Hub. Having a great enthusiasm for history, culture, and arts; you can find him in museums or art galleries during his free time. Nischal is interested in the field of research and demonstrates his professionalism in work. He is a really sweet guy who is ready to help you anytime you need him. He is a bibliophile and loves reading; however, he buys more books than he can read. He says reading books and buying books are his two separate hobbies. Nischal occasionally writes about history and heritages in his blogs so do check them out. He loves working here at Impact Hub.
